We carry out job evaluation and grading exercises to meet the specific needs of our clients. As a part of this exercise, individual jobs are analysed and job descriptions outlined. If the exercise is to be undertaken using a committee, committee members are trained prior to the start of the exercise. A salary structure is then prepared. We provide with tools and expertise to make sure that you are able to do this and offer you free support up to 12 months after the assignment as a handholding bonus.
